Course Information

 

Project managers are increasingly in demand in the modern work place: this degree will enable younger graduates to enter managerial-level employment confidently, and will give credibility to mature students seeking a qualification to match and improve upon their work experience.

Who is this course for?
This course is for those who already have an HND, or Foundation degree, in business, project management or other associated disciplines, and who want to take their study one stage further.

What will I study?

 Elective study

• International management or
  International Marketing   
  Management

How will I be taught?
You will be taught by lecture and seminar, which will involve some group work. Research and reading around the topics outside of scheduled classes will further develop your knowledge and will be essential to your success.

How will I be assessed?
You will be assessed through assignments, group work, presentations and formal examinations that are held in the period mid May – early June.

Where could this course lead?
You will be able to enter into project management and general management in both the public and commercial sectors. As the result of completing the course successfully, you will benefit from career enhancement, either with your present company, or through success at interview for new positions. Some students will see this as a natural stepping stone to study for a Masters degree.
